Our Mission
The Miscarriage and Abortion Hotline provides support and information to people who are going through an abortion or miscarriage. We provide private, free, caring, and accurate information and support.
Our Story
In 2019, a group of dedicated doctors established a free hotline for people seeking information and support for their miscarriage or abortion.
As laws and rules about abortion change and more people want reliable information, the Miscarriage and Abortion Hotline (M+A Hotline) has become a vital resource for many people nationwide.
Since its inception, the hotline has grown exponentially. The COVID-19 pandemic fueled this growth, new policies allowing access to abortion pills via mail, and the subsequent increase in self-managed abortions.
Staffed by experienced healthcare professionals, the hotline offers expert advice on various aspects of miscarriage and abortion, ensuring individuals receive accurate information and compassionate support throughout their journey.

The Miscarriage + Abortion Hotline is much more than a name. After fleeing a domestic involuntary servitude situation with pervasive abuse, I miscarried. Grappling with a protection from abuse order, and trying to heal, I found M+A to be the ones to help me mentally heal from my miscarriage, and empower me to protect my future reproduction from endangerment by my abusive mom.
